If you are not completely happy with your order, we offer a straightforward Refunds & Returns Policy to make the process as smooth as possible. 1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
  • The return request must be initiated within 30 days from the date of delivery.
  • The item must include all original accessories, manuals, and tags (if applicable).
  • Products that have been personalized, altered, or used are not eligible for return.

2. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  2. Approval: Our team will review your request and provide a return authorization (RA) number and return shipping instructions.
  3. Shipping: Securely package the item and send it to the return address provided. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
  4. Inspection & Processing: Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund within 7-14 business days.

3. Refund Policy

  • Full Refund: If the item is returned in its original condition, a full refund (excluding shipping costs) will be issued.
  • Partial Refunds: If the item shows signs of use or damage, a partial refund may be issued at our discretion.
  • Defective or Incorrect Items: If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we will cover the return shipping costs and offer a full refund or replacement.
  • Processing Time: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-14 business days after return approval.

4. Non-Returnable Items

Some items are non-returnable for hygiene and safety reasons, including but not limited to:

  • Opened or used products.
  • Personalized or custom-made items.
  • Items marked as final sale.

5. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customer Responsibility: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective, damaged, or incorrect.
  • Prepaid Return Label: In the case of a defective or incorrect item, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label.

6. Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.
